How authorization works.
Assessment
Many home and community-based services require an assessment that documents the person’s needs, preferences, and goals.
Authorization
A county, tribal nation, managed care organization, case manager, or care coordinator may need to authorize the service and amount.
Provider confirmation
Contact Noble Health to confirm service availability, geographic coverage and whether the authorization can be accepted.
Coverage confirmation
Noble Health verifies the individual’s program, eligibility, authorization and requested service before confirming coverage or a start date.
